Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery time

After dispatch, standard delivery takes approximately 5 business days. Total estimated time from order to doorstep is about 6–8 business days.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum spend. Any available expedited options and their costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also use our Track Order page.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, peak periods). If your order is significantly delayed, contact support@clothide.com and we’ll help.
